When I try to download the file through the Apple Support link which redirects you to the App Store to download El Capitan, I receive the message 'This version. Go to the El Capitan page by going through the Mac Apple Store. Click on the ‘Download’ button in the El Capitan page and then a file named ‘Install OS X El Capitan’ will be downloaded to your Applications folder. Once the download is done, the installer will open automatically. Click ‘Continue’ and follow the onscreen instructions.
